Dear customer, if there is any outstanding electricity bill in addition to the current month's electricity bill, your electricity connection will be disconnected at any time as per the Electricity Act to collect the outstanding bill. Reconnection can be granted only after payment of the outstanding bill and payment of the reconnection fee as per the rules, which is time-consuming and troublesome. To avoid this hassle, it is advisable to pay the outstanding bill for your convenience.
